Caffe Vivo is owned by Terry Laybourne and is part of 21 Hospitality Group. At Caffe Vivo, it’s like one big familia with many of our staff originating from Italy. Those who don’t, have a huge passion for the food and country – just ask our Manager Matt, who spends all his spare-time, jetting over to soak up the food and sunshine.
Our Head Chef Emanuele Lattanzi hails from Italy and has worked all around the world, serving in some of the top hotels and establishments. His dishes are influenced by the various different Italian regions and our team takes pride in serving simple and authentic Italian dishes. Emanuele is backed up by a fantastic team behind the scenes, including Salvatore, Emanuel, Titziano and Roberto. We work in hand with the group pastry team, led by Helen Doyle, who help create our wonderful dessert menu – everything from fresh gelato to Tiramisu as well as deliver us fresh baked bread from across the road at 21.
Front of House
It can get busy in the restaurant but our staff thrive on a fun and lively environment. We’ve Manager Matt as well as Assistant Manager Lara here on hand to help. Ask any of our servers about Italian wine or the menu and they’ll more than happy to give you their advice on the best wine for your food, through to their opinions on the best seasonal dishes.
